The cottage was built in 2019 and is a modern property with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (shower on main floor and bath on second floor) with an open concept main floor living/dining/kitchen and another living space on the second level with great views of the Northumberland Strait. This property also has laundry, a huge deck, outdoor shower, swing set.
