You will be greeted with a rose covered trellis entry gate and spacious fully enclosed yard for your furry family member. Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

Our chicken coop is nearby (no roosters!) so that you can even enjoy collecting your own chicken eggs during the spring and summer.

The Gate House - SY Valley

A charming large cottage located in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley on a working horse breeding farm. Only 2 miles from downtown Solvang, this adorable 2 bedroom house has a large bedroom suite with a cal king bed , a second bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and 2 sitting areas. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while BBQing. Very centrally located near a myriad of top restaurants, wine tasting, and tons of shopping.

See what our guests have to say.... ***Between the amazing sunrise, the friendly family (dog and owners!), and the wonderfully comfortable decor, this little studio is the perfect "home base" for a weekend in the area. So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.
