The TBT Carriage House is walking distance to downtown's Historic National park, Whaling Museum, ferry's to Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and Cuttyhunk islands, Zeiterion theater, antiques, galleries, shops and great restaurants. Property was meticulously restored with historic character and charm. Suite is located on first level with private entrance which includes a living space, bathroom and bedroom. Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Somerset's a small town surrounded by big attractions. It's 18 miles from Providence, 25 miles from Newport, 40 miles from Cape Cod, and 50 miles from Boston.

Spend the days kayaking nearby or at nearby beaches, then come back to rinse off in the outdoor shower.
