Welcome to the geographical center of Illinois! Try out this tiny house all to yourself, ATM/bank, post office, w/n 1 block. Decatur, Springfield, Bloomington-Normal, Champaign-Urbana all via I-72/US 51 Amtrak service at Springfield, B-N, C-U, + airports at all 4 cities. Old Route 66 runs thru Springfield and B-N, but to get to Tina's Tiny House you will just need to get on I-72 or old Route 36 (Macon County) and look for exit 128. Manager nearby. And 10 minutes, or less, to either of the 3 major manufacturing plants. 3 minutes to St. Mary's Hospital, and 12 minutes to Memorial Hospital, The home is in near east side of Decatur, is 95 yrs old, has been rejuvenated with an added bedroom, fresh paint, new bath fixtures, and new appliances.

The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.

We are about 5 miles from Clinton where there are many fun places to go and theres also many restaurants to enjoy a good meal at. we are also 5 miles from Clinton Lake which has a beach and a great restaurant.
