The guest studio is approximately 400 sq ft with a kitchen. It is a quaint space for a staycation. It is centrally located. Kindly read the narratives before booking. You also must be a dog lover, we have 2 Labradoodles.

It is close to Pasadena, downtown L.A. and Glendale. It is in the charming area of Adam's Hill, which is a beautiful, quiet, historical neighborhood.

Our gated property is situated on the foothills of the Verdugo Mountains, a safe and most desirable part of Burbank, great area for walking and hiking. Downtown Burbank is about 10-12 min walk. Evenings and nights are very quiet and serene.
