Pretty much on a door step of Manchester City FC, cycling centre and tennis centre. We're about 20-30mins from ManchesterAirport and 10mins from Piccadilly Train station by car. You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.)
