The flat is located at Charingira court opposite spencer cook and it is on second floor. There are 29 steps and there is no elevator.From Friday to Sundays there are water cuts from city council, however there is borehole water which is switched on from 6 am to 8 am and from 6 pm to 8pm. There is also back up water available in the room. No powercuts.
