The Strandloper / Beachwalker Cottage

This very clean and spacious 1 bedroom cottage has AC, is within walking distance to two public Nantucket Sound Beaches and is centrally located on Cape Cod. The vaulted ceilings and ample array of windows gives off natural light and a sense of space. FYI The cottage's name, The Strandloper, the Beachwalker, is a member of an extinct tribe of Khoikhoi Bushmen who lived on seafood gathered along the beaches of Southern Africa. Walking beaches is just as special today as it was a millennium ago.

The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. Newly renovated! Harwichport home- 2 min walk to beach, sleeps 10. Located right by Bank St Beach In Harwichport! Walk 1-2 minutes to the beach or walk 1-2 minutes in the other direction to Main Street where you will find shops and restaurants. Ember, The Port, 3 Monkeys, Beer Garden, and Mad Minnow. This home is in the dream location. Pull in and you don't need to drive until you leave. Walkable to Wychmere beach club. This home is often shared by guests of events celebrated at Wychmere.

"Coaster" Village Location!

Sweet Cottage just a 1/2 mile to Bank Street Beach and only a block from Main Street. The property has lovely gardens and landscaping making it a wonderful retreat setting. Summer months July, August to Sept 10th are at least 1 week rentals Saturday to Saturday unless a few days are available in between or if there is availability as season approaches. Off season, 2 to 3 night stay minimum, I provide linens, coffee and towels for short term rentals. Easy walk to the village and beaches!

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.
