Conveniently located blocks away from dedicated subway and rail lines (E,F,R,M, Long Island Rail Road), Flushing Meadow Park, and 10 mins to NYC airports (LGA, JFK), you are at the center of it all. Newly built in 2020 and furnished with an eye for stylish city living, our home offers all the creature comforts to ensure a comfortable stay.

This space includes one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom on the top floor of a beautifully restored Victorian townhouse. There is a private bathroom for guests' personal use down the hall. There is a separate 2nd floor entrance for guests to enjoy complete privacy on the 3rd floor. The house is located directly behind the Journal Square PATH Station. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC.

Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.
