Enjoy horses, goats, & chickens or sit beside a bonfire (we provide firewood). If you enjoy boating or kayaking, visit the public boat landing up the road. There is also a bike path. Explore nearby restaurants, beaches, plantations, parks, & shops. We are pet friendly (must add pet as a guest-$30 pet fee).

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

This cozy suite is located downstairs from our home. You'll have the private entrance to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and patio. living room is equipped with roku tv, sofa and a daybed. My home is located right across the street from the Ashley river.
