Affittasi baita nel comune di Pieve Tesino (TN) a m 1250 s.l.m. immersa nel verde. Casa singola con ampio giardino, barbecue, tavolo al coperto. All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

If you are looking for a sunny, romantic place in which you can enjoy some peaceful and quiet moments at the footsteps of the Dolomites (1100mt s/m) our portion of this old farmhouse (150m2) is what you are looking for. It has been property of our family for over 200 years and has recently been renovated by local artisans utilising antique furniture and wood from the area. The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

Le magnifique chalet de montagne Paruda, finement meublé, fait partie des appartements "Stlarida" à Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei) et constitue un excellent point de départ pour explorer les Alpes du Tyrol du Sud. Le châlet de 180 m² s'étend sur 2 étages et se compose d'un salon avec une cheminée et un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes, d'une cuisine bien équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, de 4 chambres avec des lits king-size ainsi que de 3 salles de bains et peut donc accueillir 9 personnes.

Potrete passeggiare immersi nella natura gustando il profumo di alberi e funghi, vi rilasserete nell'ampio giardino attrezzato, riposerete in letti morbidi e accoglienti... The single house that you and your loved ones can enjoy all to yourself is located in a very private location at 1,300 m. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a cozy living area with 2 sofa beds, our accommodation offers a large terrace and a private lawn with a view of the Dolomites. The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.

Die Unterkunft besteht aus drei Doppelzimmer, zwei Badezimmern mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine, Wc und Bidet sowie einem gemütlichen Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile und Schlafsofa.
