Très ensoleillée, cette maison de deux étages a une vue magnifique sur le jardin au bord de l’eau. Elle est située en bordure de la réserve naturelle « Het Varkensland » . A partir de cet oasis de tranquillité, vous pourrez explorer la nature environnante, découvrir les villes historiques de Monnickendam et Marken ou rejoindre Amsterdam après un court trajet de 10 mn en bus.

De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Een lief herenhuis met een heerlijk ruime tuin op 3 minuten afstand van het treinstation, 10 minuten van Amsterdam en de Zaanse Schans. Je waant je soms op het platteland want ondanks dat je midden in het centrum van Zaandam zit, maken de vogels je 's ochtends wakker en door de niet doorgaande straat is het heerlijk rustig. Op een paar minuten afstand zit je op de Dam van Zaandam en met de Zaanse Schans en Amsterdam om de hoek, kun je alle kanten uit.

The studio has separate entrance, with water and sink, kichenette, refrigerator, combi microwave with grill and an electric appliance for pizzas, (but not with stove). Twee bedrooms separate by the living room, each bedroom has a bathroom, also you have your own private garden. Our studio is easily accessible by car and public transport. It is a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. Smoking is not allowed, neither in the garden.
