Het comfortable studio-appartement bevindt zich in het centrum van Alphen op de begane grond aan de Rijn. De studio is ingericht in een huiselijke stijl met moderne kenmerken, er is een smart- tv en een goed uitgeruste keuken om zelf maaltijden te bereiden. De badkamer heeft een douch toilet en wasmachine. Er is een mooi scala van lunchrooms restaurants en winkels en theater in de directe omgeving.
