There is a bedroom with that has a sun room-office with a couch and there is also a second office with a piano. Enjoy views of Mt. Wilson and the Echo Park arroyo from the sun room, deck and living room. It's sunny with many windows and two skylights. Quiet yet in the middle of the city. Walking distance to restaurants.
