The Birch Suite: Large, Cozy NH Themed Apartment

Our home and attached apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in southern NH, just minutes from major N/S highway Route 93. We are thrilled to offer our New Hampshire-themed apartment to individuals, couples and families. Each room is decorated to represent the most interesting aspects of our state: the purple lilac bathroom, the maple bedroom, the white birch living room and a large second bedroom/playroom we call "the state room" - a fun, educational room of all things New Hampshire.

Welcome to your home away from home in this charming Victorian getaway! We offer character, convenience & close to 2000 sq ft living space. Enjoy your morning coffee in the turret, all the wonder of being outside (circular view), yet all comforts of the warmth within. We are 40 minutes from Boston, 1.5 hours south of the White Mountains, 1.9 miles from 93 N/S ramp. If mid-term rental is your goal, feel free to inquire. Free onsite parking. Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.
