It has great facilities for kids when the days are cold. It is also a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. The house is neat and clean. It is a great place to chill.

The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation
The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

This is a very clean & spacious self-contained bungalow with kitchen, ensuite and lounge area. Beds provided are 1 Queen, 1double sofa & 1 single. It is set on a private, shared hectare property with private access and access to a solar-heater pool and tennis court. While we are here if you need anything, we respect your space and privacy. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.
