Kohde on uusi, vuoden 2024 tulokas. Tontin sijainti on 20-30 km kyläkeskuksista Äkäsjärven rannalla keskellä Ylläs, Pallas, Olos ja Levi tuntureita. Tällä ainutlaatuisella kohteella on oma moderni tyylinsä. Värimaailma on rauhallinen, tekstiileissä luonnon materiaalit ja kaikki tavarat uusia. Vuonna 1965 rakennettu talo (3 huonetta, keittiö, sauna, wc) sijaitsee Suomen Lapissa Kittilän luonnonläheisessä ja rauhallisessa Kaukosen kylässä. Kaukosessa on tunnettu Särestöniemen taidemuseo. Villa Magiassa voi ihailla keramiikkaa, uniikkiasuja, koruja. Kesäkuun alussa Kaukosessa on Hiljaisuus-festivaali. Yllästuntunturin lähellä Lainiolla on Snow Village, lumikylä ja -hotelli. Matkaa kohteesta on Levitunturille 40 km (35 min), Yllästunturille 26 km ja Lumikylä Snow Villageen 20 km.

Badetücher sind in der Sauna bereit, eigenes Dusch Shampoo müsstet ihr mitnehmen! 2 Stunden vorher melden, damit ich die Sauna vorbereiten kann. Danke! Welcome to stay in Muonio! A peaceful small village of around 1100 inhabitants, located on the bank of the river Muoniojoki. Just a few hundreds metre of the front channel of the river you find our peaceful, cosy house. You will be able to use one half of the house. The house has two flats which are not connected. Privacy and peace for our guests! To the centre of Muonio, where you can find a very good selected K-market shop and also a S-market it is just about 2,2 km.

You can get there by car, but you don't have to see anyone during your entire stay if you don't want to, but you're still only about 45 minutes from the city center. We are sure that you will fall in love with our peaceful cabin in the middle of snow and northern lights. The cottage is always warm when you arrive, and we will take care of you throughout your stay as if you were our friends.
