This is the perfect place for folks who want to enjoy a private waterfront cottage. There are stairs directly from the large lot to the private red sand beach where you can sit, kayak, and walk to main beach. Popular Cavendish is a comfortable drive for activities for the family. There are local beaches, golf courses, dining and recreation.

Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal
