Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

Locale unico per chi non cerca il classico appartamento , travi a vista e pavimento in cotto . Nella tranquillità ma vicino a tutti i servizi . Piscina fuori terra nei mesi estivi . Ampio giardino e parcheggio recintato nella proprietà. Su richiesta possibilità di un quarto ospite .

Les hôtes aurons à leurs disposition une chambre double spacieuse , une autre chambre avec deux lits simples, un salon avec un divan-lit et TV 55’’ 4K, une salle de bain grand, une cousine lumineuse complètement équipée. Les hôtes pourrons apprécier une belle vue panoramique sur Montelupo grâce au balcon , directement attaché à la cuisine. Les salles ont été décorées par un artiste local avec ses peintures particulières.

‘Il Fienile’ is in an enchanting position immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan hills, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. It is located in the hamlet of Catignano in Gambassi Terme, just a few kilometres from San Gimignano. The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. A unique experience entirely to be enjoyed.

The Fienile is a typical Tuscan stone house, of about 55 square meters with a large private garden (350 sq.m.), a Jacuzzi that can be used all year round, wi-fi, air conditioning. Everything is for your exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, in the green Tuscan hills. The house is an ex-barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, welcoming and relaxing place.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
