The owners live in the adjoining annexe. A great location for exploring the Norfolk & Suffolk, The Broads and the countryside. The spacious accommodation has a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom with separate shower, bedroom with king-size bed and a comfortable lounge with sofa & sofa bed.

Il est autonome et extrêmement calme et offre une vue sur les champs et notre jardin. Notre maison est située dans 3 acres et dans un cadre champêtre. La chambre est située sur une mezzanine(plafond bas donc pas idéal pour les personnes grandes) et dispose d'une pagaie/des escaliers d'économie d'espace. Espace repas extérieur privé, isolé et merveilleusement paisible. Portail électrique et caméras de sécurité. Nous avons deux chiens et un chat, tous très sympathiques
Stunning Grade II Village CottageWelcome to West View a super cottage nestled in the centre of the South Norfolk village of Dickleburgh. The property itself dates back to the 18th Century and is just along the road from the medieval village church which is a striking landmark. The award winning local shop is only a stones throw away and a little further on the local chip shop! Grade II listed and set within a conservation area, West View has retained its historic character but cleverly balancing modern needs. The front door takes you directly into the beamed living room with log burner to keep you toasty on those winter nights and seating for five people. During the colder months we will provide one basket of logs free of charge to get you started. The downstairs is stone floored throughout and there is a well equipped kitchen/ diner with a small cooker and dishwasher. Please note that there is no washing machine and only a courtyard garden so no drying space. The bedrooms are accessed by stairs running from the kitchen area and the three bedrooms, two double in size, one single, are accessed from the small landing. The front bedrooms are beamed. A travel cot & high chair can be available on request. The bathroom has been recently updated and we would ask guests to note that there is no stand up shower facility as this is a cottage with the odd low ceiling! To the rear of the property, accessed by a couple of steps, is a small enclosed sun trap courtyard garden where you can relax with your favourite tipple! There is also a small outhouse which used to be a coal shed and outside toilet! Parking for the property is directly outside on the road as of course properties from this era did not require such a facility.
