We decorated with the beach in mind & hope our guests will enjoy all the amenities that we & Rehoboth have to offer! For this listing guests have use of the entire bottom floor unit. Enjoy outdoor living with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, & yard games. Our neighborhood is quiet & a little hidden..like any gem! We provide clear directions. Beautifully renovated oceanfront condo with panoramic ocean views and direct beach access. Building indoor pool and hot tub are closed for a full HOA renovation and upgrade, scheduled to reopen in May 2026 and be refreshed and like new for the 2026 season. By booking, you acknowledge the pool and hot tub may be unavailable during your stay and agree no discounts or compensation will be provided for this closure unless confirmed in writing in advance of your reservation and booking.

The cottage guest house is nestled in the woods adjacent to a tree house overlooking a tranquil pond with a calming fountain sounds.
