This individual Annexe is situated near the wonderful market town of Coleford in the heart of the Forest of Dean, which has all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable and is an ideal base to explore the area. There are many places to visit, such as, Puzzlewood, (walking distance), Clearwell caves, Symonds Yat and the Wye Valley. There is a footpath that leads directly from the property into the forest so you can enjoy walking and biking. There’s also two 18 hole golf courses nearby.

The Den, self contained, beamed cottage attached to our own family home, situated on a rural country lane close to the village of Bartestree, only 4 miles from the historic market town of Hereford, ideally located for exploring the glorious Wye Valley, nearby Malvern Hills & the Black Mountains above Hay on Wye (home to the world renowned literary festival). Footpaths leading from the front door will take you to walks with glorious panoramic views of the surrounding countryside & 6 counties

Little Hawthorns Cottage
Little hawthorns is situated on a small holding set within its own secluded area (with secure private parking). It has a private and secure garden with orchard providing peace and tranquility. It has fully equipped kitchen, a luxury double bedroom that sleeps 2 and a full size luxury sofa bed that can easily accommodate 2 further adults/children. Utility area with washing machine and fast fibre internet. Welcome hamper is provided on arrival for guests that are staying 3 or more nights.

The Game Larders
Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

Set in the Countryside just outside the market town of Thornbury, Birch cottage is moments away from Bristol, Wales and the Cotswolds. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

'Abode' at Wellsbrook Barn - A peaceful and relaxing one bedroom, dog friendly, private annexe near to the market town of Ross-on-Wye with parking and a gate for dog security. We are surrounded by lovely walks and lots to discover including the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Hay-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and many other beautiful places. Paddle boarding, cycling and canoeing are within easy reach. Close by is the village pub, The Yew Tree, with its very own cider shop just next door.

Boasting old floorboards, original beams and quirky features, this historical semi-detached cottage allows guests to switch off from the outside world. The location benefits from easy access to countryside walks but it's also just a few minutes walk from charming shops, cafés and country pubs. Our first guests used the space as an escape to write their scripts and novels and we encourage all guests to relish in the romance of village living and explore their creativity.
