Peaceful and centrally located, ideal for relaxation and easy access to explore historic Sarasota and the beaches. A quick drive, bike or a short walk to downtown Sarasota, Selby Botanical Garden and Pineapple Street antique shops. 1.5 miles to Sarasota Bay. 3.5 miles to St Armands Circle and Lido Beach. 6.5 miles to Siesta Key.

Has 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment has a queen size bed. Living room with love seat, TV. Equipped with a refrigerator, double burner cook top, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave.The apartment also has a washer and dryer and a carport for parking No pets!

Steps to the beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and public transport. This is a 2025 remodel. Great for kayaking and biking. Walking or biking distance to Lido Beach, St. Armand's Circle and Ted Sperling Kayak Park. The one room studio is good for a couple and solo adventurers. Short drive to downtown Sarasota and LBK. Great for budget and value conscious travelers and still close to the beach

The Oz Parlor 2.9 mi beach hot tub pool

The Oz Parlor apartment was originally the main house of this whimsical property. It has loads of charm It is a great place to relax and Just Bee... Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless I have Netflix and Amazon prime. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
