Sarasota Bay is approximately 15 min drive. Must not be afraid of dogs as we have 2 friendly labs that wander the property :). *****Gym is located on property with coded entrance. Available 5am-9pm when not being used for personal training business (appr 6 hours a week). ****ALL Guests must be over age 18.

Our cozy boho beach cottage, The Banana House is the perfect place for a couple or small family to relax and enjoy all the best Sarasota amenities. It’s conveniently located right between both Siesta Key entrances, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, Trader Joe’s, gym and a block from the popular Walt’s Fish Market. This gorgeous bungalow is the back house of a duplex on a large lot with plenty of cozy private outdoor space to relax and take in all the wonderful Florida weather!

Every detail in our 1925 old Florida home has been preserved and enhanced. You'll love being immersed in magic Julia Place’s tropical, lush surroundings. Laurel Park is the coolest neighborhood in Sarasota. Julia Place is walkable to the bayfront and all of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Stroll around Laurel Park, with numerous historic buildings that radiate funky, artistic charm. The area is historic yet hip and most importantly, welcoming. We can’t wait to welcome you!

The Palms Away

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 1 mile to Siesta Key. Built in the 50's but totally renovated to today standard's. Heated swimming pool, but if the water gets to hot the heater will also cool the pool. Very close to shopping. Large deck with view to tropical garden and waterfall. Gas fire pit with built in seating. Small putting green and Corn-hole game are available for your use. 5 TV's with wi-fi. A Gazebo with plenty of sitting area.
