"Serendipity in Seagrove" is located on charming and secluded Barcelona Avenue and nestled within the whimsical tree canopy that steals the hearts of those who visit Seagrove. You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

Villa Mustique Carriage House - Seacrest/Rosemary

Mustique is a private, spacious and luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A. It's a short walk to our PRIVATE beach and the swimming pools, includes 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. A small dog less than 20 lbs is allowed. Please include details when making a reservation request, as it is to be pre-approved as separate bedding is used. DOG DETAILS REQUIRED - breed, age, weight, spayed/neutered?

Welcome to our upscale beach retreat! You'll fall in love with our charming home, private pool, and the 3-minute walk to the beach! We also provide lightning-fast wifi, a quiet workspace, an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and sleeping arrangements for 14 guests. This home is an 8-minute drive to Pier Park and just 10 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum. Pool heating is available for $40/day. Newly renovated, it feels like a home away from home for guests. The house is fully stocked for comfort & is pet friendly. Private beach, huge bayside yard w/deck, incredible views day and night. Everything you need for supplies, dining, shopping and entertainment is within one to two miles of the house.
