In our Southfarthing Suite, you'll find the perfect combination of centrally located peace and quiet on a wooded private drive. Come home to a spacious walk-in apartment with all the things you need and some nice extras. The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Enjoy the stunning forest view from this master-bedroom-turned-guest-suite perched among the trees. Climb the stairs on the rear of the house (40+ total steps, please be prepared) and feel like you're climbing into the vibrant Atlanta canopy. View the sunrise from full height picture windows. Just 5 minutes from interstate 85. It is an easy 20-25 minutes to the Atlanta Airport and 30-35 minutes to Atlanta; Tyrone has been called "The Happiest Town in Georgia." Trillith Studios and The Walking Dead sites of Senoia are 12 and 25 minutes away respectively . The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Safe Harbor on the Lake. Spacious, private!

Safe Harbor is a great place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada geese and more depending on the season. A paved walking path across the street will lead you to a local coffee shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace or beautiful walks. Safe Harbor is a great place to come home to for rest and relaxation. We are not allowing children at this time. Please no smoking or vaping on property

You will be provided with a door code for entrance and exit; fully furnished guest suite on the first floor of the home including ONE bedroom, bathroom and living area at no extra cost There is also a bonus sitting area at the lower deck that is ideal for bird watching and for general enjoyment of nature
