THIS IS NOT A MODERN HOUSE (please see photos), but with modern appliances and bathrooms. Think: Affordable. Clean. Great location!

Enjoy your new home away from home at The Parker Phillip Island, there's ample room to sleep 6 (or 7 with a pullout trundle). Soak up everything the island has to offer, being in a central location, 5 min drive to Moto GP track, 10 mins to Penguin parade and only 10mins walk to the popular Smiths Beach. The house is all yours for your entire stay and shares a driveway with the stunning Parker Barn. Please follow the parking instructions for the two designated house parking spaces provided.

Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Twin Palms offers an easy and relaxed family beach holiday, just pack the car, kids and dog and move straight in to home away from home. It is located 500m from Surfies Point, a perfect beach, with gentle waves for boogie boards, and bigger waves out the back for the more experienced surfers. Take the dog for a walk at sunset and just enjoy. Sunderland Bay is between Surf Beach and Smith Beach, and the Grand Prix track is 5kms down the road.
