Gezellige flatje met terras in het groen. De gehele ruimte met privé badkamer is voor de gasten, is volledig gescheiden van de rest van het huis en de flat heeft een eigen ingang. De flat is ook geschikt om in een rustige omgeving van 'thuisuit' te kunnen werken. De stijle buitentrap naar de flat en de trap in de woning zijn niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Ons huis staat aan het kruispunt van fiets- en wandelwegen. Er rijdt een bus van ons dorp Oelegem naar Antwerpen. De afstand naar Antwerpen is ongeveer 15km met de auto, de fiets of te voet! Bakker, supermarkt, beenhouwer, restaurants en kroeg in de buurt. Welkom in Oelegem!

Een ideale plek om de drukte van het dagelijks leven even achter je te laten en tijd te maken voor jezelf en je gezelschap. Meeuwen/ Oudsbergen is een landelijk dorp. Je verblijft op 50m van fietsroutenetwerk. Je kan er eindeloos wandelen. Kaarten gratis ter beschikking. Op wandelafstand vind je (afhaal)restaurants, café's, warenhuizen, bakker, ... In de living staat een grote hoekbank en eetgelegenheid voor 10 personen. In de tuin heb je zicht op de paarden... Apart terras met loungeset Verhuur van 2 elektrische fietsen ter plaatse. Situé au coeur de Liège, le studio donne un accès direct à la galerie Médiacité (Magasins, restaurants,...). Bus et taxis au pied de l'immeuble. Gare des Guillemins à proximité. Situated in the heart of Liège, the studio has a direct access to the Médiacité shopping mall (Restaurants, a lot of shops…). Bus and taxis are located right by. The Guillemins central train station is close by.

Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!
