Enjoy the convenience of having two grocery stores that are less than a 10 minute walk away. The popular M St and the Georgetown Waterfront is just an easy 14 minute walk downhill. You are also just a short Uber ride away from the Kennedy Center and the Monuments. This neighborhood is bicycle friendly.

The parking permit is available upon request. Second bed for two guests onetime fee is $40. No cleaning fee. No parties. Live like a Georgetown resident! This is entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village with walking distance to GU, shopping and restaurants

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Welcome to my studio! Providing easy access to DC and all Arlington neighborhoods, it’s perfect for any student or traveling professional! It’s an 8 min walk to the Rosslyn Metro Station, a 15 min walk into Georgetown, and conveniently located close to various restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores. A 10 min drive from both George Washington University/Hospital and Georgetown University/Hospital, and < 30 min drive to all other major hospitals in the DC area.

A private suite & parking

A private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation, and the lock combination number is sent to you automatically. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently not used and remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor
