The apartment is the basement unit with very high ceilings in historic shaw close to the convention center, tourist places, downtown, Logan Circle, 14th St NW, Shaw, and U St NW. walking distance to great restaurants and bars like the coffee bar, chicken and whiskey, the service bar, etc. Important: You need a visitor pass to be able to park on the street. Visitor pass can be provided upon request. Getting around Green Line Metro station and several metrobus routes. Pets are not allowed.

Large welcoming English basement suite with natural light, and a designated workspace, yoga gear for a productive and relaxing stay. Our family lives upstairs and hearing us sometimes is unavoidable. You have a separate entrance, are steps away from restaurants such as the DC staple 2 Amys. Plenty of buses take you to the shopping area of Georgetown and to the mall. Plenty of green spaces around us. A great refuge for a busy work or touristic trip. You can use the washer dryer and make coffee.
