Tijdens je verblijf in deze ruime, rustgevende accommodatie vergeet je al je zorgen. Bemeubeld vakantieappartement te huur : Living, keuken, slaapkamer, extra slaapruimte met zetelbed voor 1 persoon, badkamer en wc met aparte privé ingang. Parking en mogelijkheid voor plaatsen fietsen. Prachtige fiets- en wandelroutes. Fiets langs het waterkasteel van Horst, het Troostembergbos, de Vlooybergtoren: een toren van 11,20 meter hoog met prachtig zicht op het Hageland. Proef van de Hagelandse wijn.

Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Gelijkvloers bevindt zich de badkamer. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Het laatste deel van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, schommel,... Er is ook een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Welcome in The Mayor Guesthouse! The room is situated on the 3rd & private floor (so not a private apartment). Big room with private bathroom in the city centre of Leuven. Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! No smoking allowed in the building.

Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is. Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.
