Het huis ligt op fietsafstand van de schone Walcherse stranden van Zoutelande en Domburg en het Veerse Meer. De renovatie van deze voormalige noodschuur is in 2020 afgerond. De energieneutrale vakantiewoning heeft energielabel A+++ en voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van deze tijd. Het is ruim, comfortabel, knus en gezellig. Een fantastische plek voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Welkom op onze prachtige boerderij uit 1644! Op deze unieke landelijke locatie kom je gegarandeerd tot rust. Gelegen midden in de polder met vrij uitzicht, maar toch zijn Middelburg en het strand altijd dichtbij. De boho-chique inrichting en karakteristieke sfeer maken dit de perfecte basis om het prachtige Zeeland te ontdekken. Het woonhuis is volledig opgeknapt en voorzien van moderne luxe, terwijl de authentieke elementen bewaard zijn gebleven. Het huis grenst direct aan de grote tuin.

studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

If you need a break from busy working life, or are looking for quality time with your friends or family this is the perfect place. Space and privacy guaranteed! This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

‘t Blauwe Huis aan het Veerse Meer

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.

Vanuit de woning heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over de omliggende akkers. De woning beschikt oa over een luxe keuken, badkamer met sauna en een terras op het zuiden.

Het appartement bevind zich op de eerste verdieping, heeft een eigen ingang en is via een vaste trap te bereiken. In de hal is er ruimte om 2 (elektrische)fietsen te stallen. U heeft de beschikking over een woon/slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed, keuken, luxe badkamer en een apart toilet.
