Excellent Location

My place is in walking distance to the city center, great views, parks and the beach. You’ll love my studio apartment because of the coziness, the light, and the kitchenette. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). The apartment is in walking distance to Dock Square, Restaurants, Bars and beaches. This is a dog friendly neighborhood. WiFi. Off street parking, very safe neighborhood.

Beautiful, spacious studio, 1 mile to beaches

Our spacious suite with private bath is comfortable, well appointed, close to everything. 1 mile to the beach. Many extras included ! The suite consists of a large studio, with private bath. The second room rents for $55 per night for a second or third person in the group and shares the bath. Enjoy daily walks on the beach or take a walk on the peaceful trails nearby alongside the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge & Laudholm Farm, and go to town for restaurants, arcades and more fun. The Crow's Nest

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
