Outside the front door the beach is just 70 metres away with a green area outside the apartments and the harbour to the other side.

We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. You can walk the cliff path for breakfast at the Hive cafe on Burton Bradstock or to the Anchor at Seatown for drinks and dinner on the cliff. Explore the coastline jump in the double kayak then back to sample the menus at Rise or The Watch House just outside your door.
