Conveniently located near North Berkeley dining and shopping, Lawrence Berkeley Lab, SLMath Institute, Greek Theater, UC Berkeley Campus, and nature. We are steps from over 2,000 acres of open space in Tilden Regional Park, with Redwoods, miles of trails, an amazing botanic garden, a golf course, and more! Just a few minutes from the Greek Theater, UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley and BART, Chez Panisse and award-winning restaurants, LBL, and plenty more, this spacious studio gets natural light over the course of the day. Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. With a king-sized bed, fireplace heater, nice-sized bathroom, closet, sit/stand desk, Keurig, television, and its own entrance, you can be comfortable whether you are here for business or for pleasure!

Claremont Canyon Retreat

Beautiful Tiny retreat overlooking the gorgeous Claremont Canyon. Green hills and beautiful trees all around, Private Parking Space included. Lndry available. One room studio (8X16feet of living space plus deck) newly built but very compact plus bathroom with shower. Walking distance to nearby Garbor Park. Uber & Easy Freeway access to UC Berkeley, Montclair, Rockridge, San Francisco and many Bay Area treasures. My son lives in space above. He is very considerate regarding noise.

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Private garden guest room with separate entrance in North berkeley hills. Close to UC, LBL, Tilden park. Bus to BART or Uber to anywhere in the Bay Area. Safe and quiet location. Garden and patio. The private room has a double bed which is slightly shorter and more narrow than a queen size bed. We offer a mini fridge and complementary coffee. No kitchen access. The room , bath and entry are entirely private. It is not a stand alone cottage and you will hear some house noises. Thank you. 😊

An open-concept, one-bedroom, 2-story home in University Uplands. Pleasantly tucked into Claremont Canyon. This home was built in 1969 and belonged to renowned architectural historian Spiro Kostof. It is a peaceful space tucked against the hillside, surrounded by nature. You’ll feel like you’re staying in the country, when in fact, you’re only 5 minutes away from UC Berkeley and BART, with easy access to San Francisco.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Cozy Home + Garden in the Hills (fenced in yard)

Nested in the Berkeley Hills, next to Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. This cozy space includes a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate fees so they must be included on your booking so we can plan for them.
