Welcome to your cozy Tiny Apartment located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just 15 minutes from Springs, 35 min from Orlando theme parks. 25 min from Daytona International Speedway, 30 min from the beautiful beaches of Daytona, and just 5 min from major stores such as Walmart, Publix, CVS. Our Tiny Apartment has: -Private access -Full size bed -Kitchen -Private bathroom -Fast Wifi -Private parking It is ideal for couples and solo travelers looking for a quiet, comfortable and central location.

Mira Bella North

Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it is not so comfy for grown-ups.) Not suitable for 4-legged travelers. (If dates you want are unavailable, search for Mira Bella South) I've included MANY photos so you can see exactly what the space is like :)

It is located only minutes from the Orlando Sanford International Airport, Historic Downtown Sanford’s restaurants and shops, Lake Monroe’s scenic waterfront, and is centrally located between Florida’s beaches and the amusement parks. **Space is cleaned with EPA approved cleaners, including high touch surfaces**

"Winnie's Place" A Peaceful Guesthouse with Pool.

Share the quiet backyard and pool with your hosts. Half was between Disney & the beaches. 12 years & older only. Sofa extends to a single bed. Minutes from Interstate-4. NOT a heated pool. Wheelchairs are fine. Driveway Entry gate 39"- Breezeway to Ramp entrance 32"- Slider Entrance 33"-Bedroom door 35"-Shower (no step) 35"-Laundry 32"-Closet 35"-Queen bed 29"-standard cabinets. We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.

Visiting with an infant, for your convenience, we provide a Playpen, a bouncing seat, and a tub.

Only shared space would be the outdoors and we leave that for your private enjoyment. We created this Oasis with a desire is for our guests to feel calm, comfort and tranquility while being showered with Florida Sun. It would be our privilege to serve you as our guests here. :)

Our Studio is nestled in Chuluota near Oviedo, UCF, Geneva on historically beautiful Lake Catherine. Our lake is land locked and feels very private where you can relax and enjoy the view. Coffee on the lake in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset is what we live for and you can enjoy that same view from our paradise that we call our Key West Studio.

Farmhouse type decor in a quiet neighborhood near Gemini Springs which has bike and hiking trails by the St John’s River. Boat launches nearby (free), lots of local dining. Located between the Orlando area as well as Daytona. The Sunrail station is very close and it can take you into the Orlando area-Winter Park is a fun trip.
