Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Lovely newly-built one bedroom apartment in the heart of Ghent. Located in one of the main shopping avenues and within close walking distance of all the main cultural, entertainment and commercial hubs. The apartment is located on the second floor. Even though it is located in the city centre, the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet, especially in the evening and during the night. The apartment is perfect for a city-trip and expats looking to stay in Ghent for several weeks or months.

Notre Airbnb se situe dans le quartier de St Jacobs au centre de Gent. L'appartement se compose d'un hall, ensuite vous accédez au premier étage où se trouve une cuisine donnant sur une terrasse, un salon disposant d'un canapé lit de qualité ainsi qu'une petite salle de bain avec wc, lavabo et douche. Au deuxième étage, se situe une chambre spacieuse avec un lit double, une salle de bain intégrée ainsi que d'un wc séparé. Le logement est très lumineux et décoré avec goût.

Charming duplex in mansion close to city centre.

Welcome to our foot on the ground in Gent. Due to the central location, this is an ideal departure point to discover the historic centre of Gent, to shop or to spoil you yourself in one of the numerous restaurants. A museum visit, theatre of the opera ? All at walking distance, but if your legs get tired after a day's walk, the tram brings you back in no time. Parking space is usually available on the street for €6 a day. Parking on Sunday is free !

Nieuwe studio vlakbij het centrum van Gent. De studio beschikt over een eigen keuken en een eigen badkamer. In het erg rustig gelegen herenhuis, in een doodlopende straat, kan u genieten van alle comfort. De studio werd net helemaal gerestaureerd en is erg gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten om uw verblijf aangenaam te maken. Dicht bij de tram en ook parking op enkele meters. Verschillende winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Deze studio ligt in een rustige verkeersvrije straat, in het hartje van Gent. Het is gelegen vlakbij het Zuid, met zicht op de Krook. Alle toeristische hoogtepunten liggen binnen wandelafstand.
