Bo på en magisk 150m2 husbåd midt i København med 360° udsigt til vand, egen badestige og 200 meter til metro. Skansehage er en 32 meter lang husbåd fra 1958 bygget i træ, nu forvandlet fra bilfærge til en flydende bolig. Mulighed for at bade både vinter og sommer. You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Huset har et dejligt køkkenalrum med et stort sofaområde, spisebord samt et stort og rummeligt køkken. Der er højstol og weekendseng i huset samt lidt legetøj. I kan parkere nemt og gratis lige foran huset, og der er ikke langt ind til centrum af København fra huset enten med bil eller s-tog.

There are only 10 minutes by walk to the train station - then 12 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station. You can get to the beach by a 15 minutes walk.
