The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. Both Gordon College and Gordon Conwell are under 10 minutes drive away. Popular Salem is just 20 minutes drive away. Off street parking for 1 car. No children <15 due to safety
