My place is great for business travelers. It does not have shared facilities for laundry or cooking.

Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

The apartment has a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a shower and a tub. A queen bed in the main bedroom and the 2nd bedroom. Sheets, towels, soap, kitchen supplies, etc. are provided. Smart TV is located in living room (for Netflix and Amazon prime). WiFi included. Washer and dryer available for use just the shared building laundry room (requieres quarters). Free street parking available. Please no smoking on premises.
