Come stay at one of the original farmhouses of Normal and enjoy the various features in a family-friendly neighborhood. - 1 block away from Weibring Golf Club - 3 blocks away from ISU Redbird Arena & campus - 5 minutes to Uptown Normal and 10 minutes to Rivian The remodeled backyard includes an inspiring chicken coop transformed into a retreat oasis including seating for 30 guests, bar area, lounge with 65" TV, fire pit, giant yard chess set & more! Upstairs Bedroom with queen size bed 2nd floor loft area has a twin size daybed that can be turned into a king size bed Full bathroom upstairs. Finished basement with an additional living area and a 3/4 bath (bath and sink, but no toilet) Great front porch and back porch.

Entire apartment just for you! Spacious room, kitchenette, and bath with basic toiletries. Bedroom has a queen bed, desk and it is equipped with a 60 inch 4K TV. The kitchenette includes a fridge, coffee maker, microwave and free snacks. This is the perfect place for work and/or relaxation. Washer and Dryer are not part of the listing but I will give access to them upon request. I also provide Netflix, Disney and Hulu access upon request. All appliances are new and ready for you to use!
