Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

This beautiful self-contained little cabin has been custom made. You have a single-double extendable bed. Desk, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, crockery, toaster. Your own personal ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden, and your own private entrance. Modern bungalow in a quiet area of Romsey, level walk to town and rail station. Travel links to Southampton, Winchester and Salisbury, close to the New Forest. On street parking available. Kitchen featuring Bosch utilities including washing machine and dishwasher, double oven. Microwave available. Breakfast bar. Bathroom has bath with overhead shower. One double bed and open plan sitting room/ conservatory including dining area. Patio doors to decking and private back garden.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!

Private detached en-suite room above the garage of our family home in a peaceful, leafy community. Accessed by its own door, behind a locked garden gate. Self check in available via key safe. Ideally placed close to the M3 (2 miles) with easy access to Romsey, Winchester, Southampton (including the airport and cruise terminals), New Forest and many more great localities.

A self contain annex that full of charms and characters, 15 mins drive to Winchester and Southampton. Perfect for 2 but can sleep 4 (1 sofa bed). Furnished to the highest standards with peaceful surrounding. Chandlers Ford is a small up market town, very close to Eastleigh/Southampton airport & Peppa Pig world. 1 allocated parking space but free parking on roads are near.

Riverside Retreat - Free Parking

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway overlooking the river. Being a stone throw from Southampton central, it’s close enough to be in town within a 5-10 minute car journey but far enough away to slow down. The property offers a large wraparound balcony from master bedroom to lounge diner. Making it a wonderful spot for indoor outdoor living.
