There are endless footpaths on your doorstep and the local pub a 10 min walk & Farm cafe a 20 min walk. Close to Wimborne Minster with beaches,30 mins and The New Forest is 15 mins by car. 18th Century Cottage in Dorset Countryside

This idyllic country cottage is surrounded by peaceful woodland and fields. Once an 18th-century barn, it has been lovingly restored and what a welcoming place it is. Inside, you'll find a traditional open fireplace, wooden beams and lots of exposed brick. The cosy sitting room is the perfect place to hunker down on cooler evenings, there's ample sofa space for six and a TV to watch films. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and downstairs there is a 3rd bedroom and bathroom.

Set in a small farm on the edge a tiny hamlet, the cottage is comfortable and well equipped with views across the fields. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are in a 'dark skies' location - plenty of stars. Only 5 miles from Wimborne, 8 miles from The New Forest and 12 miles from Sandbanks this is an ideal base for exploring Dorset and Hampshire. Perfect for a weekend away or longer stay.

Cosy Cottage on a Farm

Stockman's Cottage sits in the middle of our farm, far away from the road but just a short walk to the village. Eclectic style with modern amenities. Bed will be setup as SuperKing but can be twin on request. Walk-in shower, full kitchen and separate lounge, with tea, coffee & plus our farm eggs. Private access and I am usually around to help if needed. We have a variety of rare breed animals on the farm. Great location for exploring the fabulous Dorset countryside and coast.

Our annexe is newly converted with everything you need for a relaxing break away. We always take last minute single night bookings at weekends. Our cosy cabin provides the perfect retreat for couples and base for little families alike. The Hideout sleeps two adults in the main bedroom with a sofabed that opens in to the lounge area for up to two small children.
