Lowcountry Oasis

Curl up with a book on a cozy sofa as light flows through the living room, highlighting its calm colors, inspired lowcountry decor, and curated artworks. Cook in a classic kitchen and dine in the fresh air of the screen room. Master bedroom downstairs with walk in shower. Upstairs 2 large rooms with a loft overlooking the downstairs living room. Loft has a pullout sofa bed for extra sleeping quarters. A fully outfitted kitchen, washer/dryer and private free parking out front. A back screened porch with private wooded area. Master down (pineapple room) features a queen bed Upstairs bedroom (bird room) has a queen bed Upstairs bedroom (Shell Room) has King bed and TV Upstairs loft has a small pull out sofa -CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS 1. Please place all trash into the bin in the garage. 2. Please start the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes. 3. Please leave the key back in the lockbox. Super easy access and check in process. Whatever interaction is wanted or needed. The house is set near Daniel Island near MUSC Health Stadium and the Volvo Tennis Center, Shipyard ballpark. Located across the street from a community pool. Restaurants, cafes, and shops in town are a short drive away. You'll need to have a car. Uber or Lyft access as well. Master bedroom downstairs has queen bed with a walk in shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a loft. A king, queen and pull out sofa in loft.

The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. Patriot's Point and parks are a short walk away. This is the closest residential neighborhood to Charleston that you will find in Mt Pleasant. ST250324 BL24-000442

The airport, beach, downtown, golf courses, & concert venues are all approx. 20 min away. After enjoying Charleston's restaurants, tours, shops, beaches, golf, & entertainment, relax at The Oasis w/ 3 Roku TVs (70", 43", 43"). Drift off to dreams w/ King, Queen, Twin Loft, & Queen Sleeper Sofa options. Also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. There is pool access in warmer weather.

Brick ranch, conveniently located between Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, 5 minutes to King Street, 20 minutes to Mt. Pleasant and 30 minutes to airport. Full house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen, dining room and large living room with big screen tv. A screened porch, fenced in backyard, washer & dryer , on site parking for 4 vehicles. Walking distance to 2 playgrounds, tennis court, wildlife sanctuary, state park and a great view of Fort Sumpter and the city.

Dream Catcher Carriage House Daniel Island

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. The application process was not easy but we did it! Dream Catcher's permit number is OP2018 00373.
