The beautiful infinity-edge swimming pool with opposing contours sits right next to the pristine sands of a picture-perfect beach dotted with palm trees. Or enjoy a soothing soak in the bubbles of the outdoor hot tub. The grounds at Hacienda de Mita 405 also feature a lovely alfresco dining set and a terrace with a lounge area. The interiors feature HDTV, Apple TV, sound system, Wi-Fi and a wine fridge. There’s even a telescope for stargazing. Guests receive complimentary access to a six passenger golf cart with a sound system. Your reservation includes housekeeping.

Hacienda de Mita 405 integrates modern, functional design with a traditional Mexican feel. This single-story, third floor condo offers 3,546 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The main living space extends onto the terrace that offers magnificent views of the garden and Jack Nicklaus Golf Course as well as direct access to the garden and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen features luxury finishes with marble floors and coverings throughout, chancellery with template glass and double crystal windows as well as tropical solid wood. One additional flex-room with a bath and laundry area can be used as service quarters, extra bedroom, media room or studio.

Three fabulous bedrooms and additional bedding accommodate up to eight guests at this non-smoking villa. All of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and televisions. You will have your choice of king beds, queens and a twin. Both master suites feature jetted tubs and walk-in closets.

During your stay at Hacienda de Mita 405, you will be just a few minutes by golf cart from tennis and golf.
