Perched on the hillside above Playa Prieta, Seacliff Point is a Costa Rican luxury villa that checks all the boxes. Privacy is provided by lush greenery and its elevated location. The ocean view is inescapable, as all four bedrooms and common spaces face the endless blue sea. And, beach access is as simple as following your own private trail down to Playa Prieta and the Papagayo Beach Club.

Nearly every inch of Seacliff's ocean view exterior is constructed with opening glass doors. Letting the ocean breeze and natural sunlight into the interior is as simple as can be, creating a free-flowing atmosphere that enhances the open-concept design, expanding hosting space throughout the entire property, boundary-free. Inside, the decor is simplistic, yet sophisticated. Gorgeous wood flooring and designer furniture set a welcoming tone, while vibrant greenery and the turquoise ocean draw your attention outside.

Whether you're hosting an elegant dinner soiree or enjoying a quiet night in with the family, Seacliff has everything you'll need. Pick out a movie and curl up on the couch in the media room. Enjoy some alone-time in the home gym. Or, gather the group for a pool tournament, followed by an exciting night on the terrace. Outside, you'll love the swimming pool/hot tub combination. There are plenty of loungers and outdoor living/dining spaces surrounding the pool and terrace. And, for an even better ocean view, follow the private pathway to the secluded lookout spot and gaze upon the starry skies of Central America.

If you've got a golf aficionado in your group, the Arnold Palmer Golf Course is located just minutes from Seacliff Point, at the Four Seasons Resort. They also have a Tennis Centre and several amazing restaurants. For shopping, dining, and nightlife, Playa Hermosa is the closest city, about forty-kilometers south. And, for a uniquely Costa Rican experience, visit Rincon de la Vieja Volcano National Park, where you'll find two active volcanoes and a wide variety of wildlife.
