Chromatic Capture Photo Walk through Golden Gate Park

At the far western edge of the American continent, Golden Gate Park shimmers as the final jewel of San Francisco as it reaches to the sea. Larger than the famous Central Park in New York City, Golden Gate Park brought green to the city’s sandy edge and stands today as an urban refuge of trees, lakes, meadows, bison, and mystery to be discovered. • We’ll meet at the top of the stairs in front of The Conservatory of Flowers 100 John F Kennedy Dr San Francisco, CA 94118 • We will start by learning how to use a Fujifilm polaroid camera, and will then indulge in a photo walk to the dreamiest nooks of this expansive park. • As we meander the park, I will teach you to fine tune your photographic eye by pointing out the magical moments in everyday life… See it, frame it, and snap the photo to then experience the reward of a polaroid coming to life before your eyes. You’ll walk away with a healthy dose of nature therapy and lasting photo tips for your everyday routine.

Skate & Destroy: Thrasher Magazine's Downtown Pilgrimage

San Francisco’s streets are the most radical site for skateboarding's history in the world. On Thrasher Magazine’s Skate and Destroy Tour, walk—or roll—through the architecture, history, and underground scene that made the city a global skateboarding mecca. • Begin at St. Mary’s Square to learn how Modernist architecture in Northern California created the most radical terrain for skateboarders, before exploring iconic spots like Black Rock, China Banks, Portsmouth Square and Embarcadero to hear how sculptures, plazas, and surfaces shaped the sport. • Follow the lines of legends like Tommy Guerrero, Keith Hufnagel, and Mike Carroll, and see firsthand how Financial District plazas became proving grounds for technical innovation in skateboarding. • Conclude at the Ferry Building, steps from the Embarcadero, where modern technical street skating was born. I’ll share stories of how skaters transformed the area into one of the most important spots in skateboarding history.

Sunrise balloon ride over Napa Valley’s vineyards

As the sun rises over Napa Valley, the day begins with an adventure that lifts you high above the rolling vineyards and golden hills. This hot-air balloon ride lets you appreciate Napa’s natural beauty from a bird’s-eye view. • Our journey starts at the V Marketplace in Yountville, where you’ll be welcomed with coffee, tea, and fresh pastries before meeting our experienced pilots for a thorough safety briefing. • After taking our bus to the launch site, you’ll witness the hot-air balloon inflation—a spectacle in and of itself. Snap photos as the giant balloon fills with air, then step into the basket for an exhilarating ascent. • Once airborne, you’ll glide over Napa’s patchwork of vineyards, winding roads, and charming estates. Your pilot will share insights about the valley’s history, winemaking heritage, and notable landmarks along the way. • Depending on the wind’s direction, we’ll touch down at a safe landing spot in Napa, where our crew will be waiting. After exiting the balloon, we’ll hop back on the bus for a scenic ride back to the V Marketplace. Whether it’s your first flight or a tradition, you’ll leave with a heart full of wonder and a camera roll full of aerial shots.

Rando au lac Tahoe en toute saison avec une passionnée locale

I would love to be your Tahoe local friend and lead you on a 2 mile hike to a beautiful overlook of Emerald Bay and the ENTIRE Lake Tahoe basin. In my 23 years of living here, I have explored many of the trails and much of shoreline around Tahoe and this vantage point is one of my favorites. Also available for the sunrise, sunset, and/or moonrise! Great for groups and team building. Beginner and kid friendly too. Intermediate-level hike available too. The experience begins with a paved walk on a campground road. Then the trail turns to dirt with a slight incline for about ¼ mile until we get to the lookout point. After, we can return on a dirt trail or on the paved road or if there is time, we can choose a longer route. If you are visiting Tahoe during the winter time, the hike will most likely be covered in snow. Snow boots or hiking boots will be needed. I can bring a sled to help tow the kiddos. The hike may be weather dependent due to heavy snowfall. My goal is to make sure that you have an unforgettable visit to Lake Tahoe and that you leave with tons of photos (I will take the photos and then give them to you via your phone). We will keep our impact to the area minimal with Leave No Trace principles and choose non-peak hiking times. I am happy to try and accommodate mobility challenged/differently abled folks on the hike.

This is a unique, thrilling off-road trek through the beautiful public lands of Wild Nevada on a Polaris Rzr, driven by experienced guides. Our 3-hour tour is in the Nevada high desert and Pine Nut Mountains 25 miles east of Lake Tahoe. Experience a breathtaking climb to 7,000 ft., follow the edge of the Carson River, crawl over a rocky canyon bottom, and race down a sand dune. Our ride is ONLY accessible to specialized off-road vehicles. If you like the "Indiana Jones" ride at Disneyland, you'll LOVE this! (Passengers cannot drive.) VEHICLES: 2021 AND 2022 Polaris Rzr Pro UTVs (Side by Side). Each vehicle seats 3. (Max capacity = 6 per tour) *WE DO GET DIRTY, but promise you'll leave with a huge smile on your face. *IF you need to adjust the tour time, or need an additional tour if all seats are taken, PLEASE CONTACT US. Explorez SF, Muir Woods et Sausalito !

This small-group minibus tour gives wonderful local insight into the 3 "must-do" locations around San Francisco - a comprehensive city tour, a short time to explore Sausalito, and over an hour in Muir Woods Redwood National Monument. You will have plenty of chances to get off the bus for photos and exploration. We'll start near Lombard St. (the "crooked street"), then head to North Beach (Little Italy) and Chinatown (the largest outside of Asia.) I'll share my favorite restaurants so you can make dinner plans. We'll then drive through the Presidio, and to Fort Point for a perfect photo of the Golden Gate Bridge. I will then drive you to Muir Woods, home to some of the oldest and most beautiful trees in the world; you will have over an hour to walk amongst the breathtaking redwoods We have a break in Sausalito where you can pick up some lunch. Other things to note Please be on-time to our meeting location! Which means arrive 20 minutes before departure time. Additional $15 entrance fee into Muir Woods

San Francisco has the most incredible photo locations in the world and I will show you some of my favorites: murals in the mission, gorgeous greenery in Golden Gate Park, or colorful Chinatown. In each scenario, you are the star. I will direct and shoot your portraits and sightseeing experience so you look great and collect great memories. Minimum 2 hours. I will email you a file of photos by the end of the day. I can work with you to set up a time frame and location. We will use public transportation and Uber to get around. On our electric fat-bikes, we wind our way along the rugged coastline and through thick cypress groves, stopping at all the amazing viewpoints. We'll share about our area's unique ocean wildlife and iconic landmarks...the Lone Cypress, Point Pinos Lighthouse, Lover's Point, Asilomar Beach, 17-Mile Drive. We cruise at a comfortable 15-20 mph. In the open air you'll smell the ocean & hear the waves. And as we explore this most scenic stretch of ocean from Cannery Row to Ghost Tree, look for deer, seals, otters, sea lions, and whales! Our tours are great for anyone comfortable riding a bike. Though you have to be over 14 years and 4'10" to ride solo, we can accommodate younger children as passengers with a parent on our e-Tandem bikes for $59 each. Or for younger children we have cargo e-bikes with back seats they can ride on for $29 each. If you are traveling with children, please call to discuss the exact nature of our ride to make sure everyone is comfortable and safe. If joining a tour with others, single riders will be regular price. If no one else joins your requested time, you can pay $30 extra for a solo tour or choose a different time or cancel. Hear about the history and culture that makes Berkeley one of the most intriguing cities in the world. We'll stroll through campus and the surrounding areas. This activity is 100% outdoors, and attendance is limited so the conversation can flow more easily. We'll meet in front of the Berkeley Art Museum (BAMPFA) at 2155 Center Street. Along the walk, we'll learn about the City of Berkeley's historical origins and recent developments, then we'll cross through UC Berkeley's campus alongside tree-lined Strawberry Creek. We'll talk about the Free Speech Movement and Berkeley's protests then and now. Finally, we'll walk the historic route from Sproul Plaza to Telegraph Avenue, which has several cafes and restaurants if you’d like to grab a beverage or a bite to eat after the tour. Berkeley's famous bookstore, Moe's Books, is also at the end of the tour, where you can buy Pam's Berkeley Guidebook: Adventures at the Vortex of Ideas and Audacity. You could also buy the Berkeley Guidebook ahead of time and bring it along for Pam to sign. This is a history-focused tour. Please be sure to tell Pam what topics you are most interested in so she can tell stories that you would like to hear from an insider's perspective. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
