Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Det finns ett fullutrustat kök med plats för 4 personer vid matbordet samt egen tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sovrummet har en queen-size dubbelsäng samt bekväm bäddsoffa för 2 sovande. Du parkerar bil, lastbil eller bil med släp precis utanför dörren, behöver du kunna ladda elbilen går laddplats att ordna!

Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Välkommen till denna mysiga lantidyll där man omfamnas av hästhagar. Lugnet. Tystnaden. Skönheten från de omgivande skogarna. Här kommer man nära både djur och fantastisk natur. På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation with its own entrance. You have your own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a loft with a double bed, and a sofa bed on the ground floor that can be converted into another double bed with room for two. There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.
