Located in Pacifica, CA a block away from the ocean shoreline（3 mins stroll to the shoreline). You can hear the gentle sounds of the ocean on our quiet street. With xeriscaping characterized by local plants and bougainvillea, our little blue beach house has a large front porch with lots of sunlight to relax in and a small backyard deck to enjoy the warm weather. Inside, the living room has 14' ceilings with skylights. The guest room is fully furnished as are the kitchen and master bedroom.

Best location in Pacifica: Our spacious in-law has some ocean views and is in short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and grocery stores as well as public transportation. It is located in the wonderful community of Pedro Point, home to several surfers. You can reach San Francisco and the airport in around 20 minutes by car. This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed.
