Outdoors, although SF is famous for fog, Noe Valley is one of our sunniest neighborhoods; chances are good that you'll be able to lounge in our enclosed yard most of the year. Our cozy 1 bedroom has its own private entrance from the side yard (w/ TV). It's a 5-10 min drive from 680/880, restaurants, Walmart, Costco, Century / AMC Theaters, Newpark mall, Great Mall, Lake Elizabeth and a lot more!! Brand new outside Sink, Wifi/Modem worth $500, added :) We have an electronic key outside the door, so its truly a "private" entrance :). The room is cleaned by professional cleaners after each guest leaves and we change the bedsheets, pillow cases etc everytime!
