Lots of nature, hiking trails, alligators, pristine beaches, shelling. The beach can be reached by boat. The rest of the island is a preserve and can only be reached by the ferry. Book Online

Another great place to kayak out of, its free here! About a 30 minute drive, but you go straight into the intercoastal waterway. You'll almost always see dolphins out here.
